Rozaine is the Founder of Forté Consultancy (www.forteconsultancy.org) whose 14 years of experience comes from her work in the Australia, UK, Abu Dhabi, Malaysia, Maldives and Sri Lanka. In Sri Lanka she has worked on projects for over 80 companies from various industries. Her first novel ‘Colours of the Sun’ was shortlisted for State Literary Awards and Gratiaen Awards in 2010.  Her second book ‘From Crisis to Character’ was a compilation of articles written for Sunday Times Sri Lanka from 2010 to 2014, in which she also introduced the Crisis to Character Model that was developed by studying the life transitions of over 250 individuals. A certified coach from the International Coaching Federation, in 2018 she co-authored the book Rockstars with her husband, when she took on the task of weaving a fictitious story around the Rockstar Growth Model that they use in their coaching work (www.therockstarcoaches.com).  A mother of two, she says that her children continue to shape her has a human being whilst unravelling every day the gift of parenthood and the joyful purpose it encapsulates.
